It's an exciting adventure, and at the same time it's also a bit intimidating.  Let's face it, relocating is a big undertaking. BUT, it's very feasible as long as you do your homework ahead of time. That's where this series of posts comes in. We are going to walk you through a short primer on "What to Look For In Land or a Homestead". In part 1 of this series, we'll start out with a quick intro and then jump into perhaps the single most important thing you can look for--water!

Basic Necessity: Water

Water is one of the most basic necessities of life. You need it for everything - gardens, orchard, home use, etc. You simply cannot live without it. In this video we will cover that basics of what you need know about water sources when looking for land or a homestead.
